All types of auto-transfer machines have one year warranty.
If your equipment has issues, please contact DroBot by phone (+886929105777) or email (service@DroBot.com.tw). We will provide technical support. Our professional technician can assist you to confirm the situation of machine by video call or phone. If the equipment needs further repair, we will:
1.Send the replaced components.
2.Arrange the Senior Technician to repair the equipment.
The repair period is around 5-7 working days dependent on the situation.
New components have a new 6 month-warranty or following the equipment warranty.
The repair of out-of-warranty products.
If your products are out-of-warranty and occur some problems, we keep our assisting services for you. Please contact DroBot by Phone or email for more details. We will charge the extra component or maintenance fee if need.
Whether OctopuX need specific vials (EZ-Collect)?
Yes, all types of our auto-machine should apply EZ-Collect vials to make sure the normal function of the auto-machine.
Whether the EZ-Collect vials can be reused?
Yes, the EZ-Collect vials can be reused, DroBot will launch a new vial wash machine soon.
How to fill fly food into the EZ-Collect vials?
EZ-Collect vials can fit all types of regular fly food dispensers.

How long do I receive the fly foods?
We recommend that the customers order the fly food one week before you need the fly food to make sure the food fresh.
How does DroBot prevent the contamination?
To prevent the contamination, we cook the fly food in independent room and warp the food by gauze.

How to send your fly stocks to DroBot?
Depends on your location. In Taiwan, you can transfer your fly stocks by mailing or picking them up in a laboratory. In other countries, you can only transfer your fly stocks by mailing stocks.
Can DroBot help to send my own stocks to other labs?
Yes, we are glad to help the fly community. We will send the stocks to a specific location after we received the confirmed letter from the original owner.
How does DroBot send the stocks?
We cooperate with Chunghwa Post, and we also accept FedEx or other transport companies.
Is it possible that the fly stocks are unhealthy during shipping?
For your stock safety, we recommend you keep the stocks in the lab before we notify the condition of stocks. If the stocks died during shipping, we would contact you for mailing the stock again.
What is the Observation Period?
To ensure the health of newly arrived stocks, our senior technician will heed the newly arrived stocks at an independent room in at least three months. During the Observation Period, we will update the latest status weekly.
How does DroBot prevent contamination?
To keep your stocks healthily, our transfer machine has an advanced growth monitor and contamination-control system. DroBot also provides the premium plan which contains an extra independent stock room and multiple copies for each stock.
If the fly stock is unhealthy even died under DroBot survives, what is the next step?
DroBot will take care of every stock carefully. In the case of stock unhealthy, DroBot has an emergency rescue protocol. If the stock has any problem, we will inform the owner and discuss the further solution.
How fast will I get the stocks if I need them immediately?
When DroBot received your request, DroBot will send the stocks as soon as possible. Please contact DroBot for more details.
Who is the owner of the fly stocks under the DroBot fly-keeping service?
DroBot only provides fly-keeping services and does not own those fly stocks. The fly-keeping service client is an owner.
Who can have the details of my fly stock list?
Your privacy is very important to us. DroBot has a full privacy policy including a non-disclosure agreement.
